Great little place. Visited a few times now for drinks. Plenty of outside seating with little tables, and for those needing sun protection, garden parasols are in situ. Dog friend, accessible toilet, clean and friendly staff. Inside you have a tram although you can't go inside it, it's a nice bit of local history to look at. Nice little place

Lovely fish and chips, special price for older people but full size plate. Owner very personable and provided one of our group gluten free food, fish fried in seperate frier due to celiac. Couldn't fault anything

First time going to the place, had great time, very well places, air-conditioning was most welcome on a very hot day, differently recommend this place.

Great little place in Old Leigh. I always pop in here when out for walks with my friends. Great coffee, great environment, Great staff, so definitely worth a visit. They also do food although I've never eaten here so can't comment on that. Pop in give them a go next time you're there. They also have an old Southend Pier train in there.

We love coming here, it’s the perfect family pizza spot. The pizzas are so good, the best in Leigh - the Old Town is our favourite, I don’t know what they put in it but it’s incredible. Kind of tastes japanesey but it’s is *the* taste of Old Leigh. So good. Staff are always happy, friendly and quick. If you’re in old Leigh you should definitely hit it up!

We stopped for cappuccino and toasted tea cakes on a beautiful sunny day. We sat outside in the courtyard which was fairly busy but service was quick. Inside is quirky with a train carriage and great atmosphere.

Best cafe in old Leigh. Really good cakes, coffee and lunch options, and they serve pizza on Friday and Saturday evenings too. We visit all the time - it’s dog friendly too.

Good coffee at a decent price, with compostable cup. A bit of a wait to get served, as it was busy, but nothing major - worth the wait when you are in such a lovely park
